Public Speaking with Canva
By the end of this project, you will explore Public Speaking using Canva to create a structure for an efficient speech to present your projects or ideas. You’ll be able to explore models and structure to feel confident in your public speaking competence and implement those skills in your life during dissertations, while pitching to your clients or while performing a TED talk, why not. Public speaking has traditionally meant the act of speaking face to face to a live audience but today includes any form of speaking to an audience, including pre-recorded speech delivered over great distance by means of technology. Nowadays public speaking has been transformed by newly available technology such as videoconferencing, multimedia presentations, and other nontraditional forms, but the essentials remain the same. Being used for many different purposes, usually it crosses teaching, persuasion or entertaining, there are different approaches and techniques related on how to master public speaking. Canva is a graphic design platform, used to create visual contents such as social media graphics, presentations, posters, documents...The users can create their own graphic or choose from many templates ready to use. The platform is free to use with optional paid subscriptions for additional functionality. This guided project is for students, graphic designers, or the general public who are familiar with Canva and want to explore its tools to create a speech structure while improving their knowledge on public speaking.
Create a Flyer Using Microsoft Word
After successfully completing this project, you will have created a visually appealing flyer using Microsoft Word. While building a flyer, you will use various features in Word. You will use the Insert feature to insert a picture in a document. Other features you will use include applying styles to text and pictures. You will insert a numbered list, convert it to a bulleted list, and then modify the bullets. You will also discover how to apply a theme to a document.
Get Started with Facebook Business Manager
By the end of this project, learners will know how to get started with Facebook Business Manager. According to Facebook, “Business Manager allows advertisers to manage their marketing efforts in one place and share access to assets across their team, partner agencies and vendors.” By the end of this project you will know how to create a Facebook page, a Facebook Business page, and understand how to effectively manage your Facebook Business page using Facebook Business Manager. Customer Insights: New Product Development Orientation
This course is the first in the Customer Insights and New Product Development (CIPD) specialization. It will introduce learners to the tools and process of gathering customer insights for identifying and developing new product opportunities. We will use the Canva platform to create social media graphics using built-in templates and also from the scratch. This course includes Canva introduction, exploration of Canva dashboard, you will learn to use different elements from Canva, creation of social media posts using built-in templates, and from the scratch. You will also learn how you can download free images from third-party sites like Pixabay. Note: This course works best for learners who are based in the North America region. You made it! Satisfaction Guaranteed: Develop Customer Loyalty Online is the seventh and final course in the Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Certificate. In this project, learners will know how to find a job and submit a proposal in Upwork as a freelancer. Upwork is a platform for freelancers to find and communicate with clients for different projects. Learning how to find a job and submit a proposal in Upwork is beneficial for freelancers to find new clients and have a consistent workflow. We will find a job in Upwork from a client looking for a freelancer to complete a project. We will then fill out the terms section on the proposal. The terms section is the pay we will be requesting from the client. After that, we will write a cover letter for the proposal for the job. Then we will use the boost feature in Upwork to finish and submit the proposal. Finally, we will see how we find our submitted proposal and how we would communicate with the client.

The process that marketing and communications teams undertake to post on social media is a common tripping point for many companies. Most companies want to include creatives and managers in the process to ensure the best possible outcome. Staying aware of what is done and not done, what is ready for review and or posting, when and if revisions are requested and other steps are important to ensure timely, accurate, and impactful posts. Getting there is the tricky part. In this project, the learner will learn how to create an approval process that not only informs the stakeholders of project progress but also sends reminders and updates when deadlines are missed. In this 2 hours project you will learn how to build custom regional reports with Google Analytics. You will familiarize with Google Analytics and its usage, create a marketing custom regional dashboard with table and graph widgets, customize a standard geo report and scheduled the report you have designed to be sent monthly via email to a distributed regional marketing team.
