About the internship Jivo is a health-tech platform bringing together international doctors and excellence in Indian healthcare to transform cross-border healthcare delivery. Location: Gurgaon [in-office based] The patient support intern will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for international patients undergoing treatment in India. This role involves direct interaction with patients, assisting them with various needs, and coordinating with healthcare providers. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Patient Assistance: Provide comprehensive on ground support to international patients, including accompanying them to medical appointments, treatments, and follow-ups. 2. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for international patients, addressing their concerns, queries, and needs promptly and professionally. 3. Documentation: Assist patients with necessary documentation, including medical records, insurance paperwork, and other relevant documents.
