We are expanding our AI capabilities to enhance automation, optimize workflows, and improve customer experience. Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to develop and integrate AI-powered solutions into our platform. The candidate will work with leading AI models such as Claude, ChatGPT (GPT-4), Gemini, Mistral, and Llama to build intelligent systems for automation, document processing, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and fine-tune AI/ML models for NLP, text automation, and chatbots. • Integrate Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other LLMs into company workflows. • Implement AI-driven automation for legal and tax-related processes. • Optimize AI models for document summarization, contract analysis, and customer support. • Deploy retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques for better accuracy. • Work with APIs from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Meta Llama. • Train custom models using Mistral, Llama, or fine-tuned GPT models. • Ensure AI systems are ethical, compliant, and optimized for business applications. Required Skills & Experience: • AI/ML Expertise: Hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT (GPT-4), Gemini, Mistral, Llama, or similar LLMs. • Programming: Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, Anthropic API, and Google Gemini API). • NLP & AI Applications: Experience in text summarization, question-answering, chatbot development, and automation. • RAG & Fine-Tuning: Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for AI models. • Cloud & Deployment: Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or on-prem AI model hosting. • Automation & Workflow AI: Knowledge of AI workflow automation, API integration, and business automation tools. • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to optimize AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and real-world use cases. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in legal tech, fintech, or compliance automation. • Experience in fine-tuning open-source AI models (Mistral, Llama, etc.). • Understanding of AI ethics, prompt engineering, and LLM optimization. • Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS) for AI memory & retrieval.
