About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct thorough research to identify potential VIP delegates, including industry leaders, executives, and key decision-makers. 2. Maintain and update a database of potential VIP delegates with detailed profiles. 3. Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage potential VIP delegates through phone calls, emails, and social media. 4. Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential and confirmed VIP delegates. 5. Serve as the main point of contact for VIP delegates, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. 6. Coordinate with the event management team to ensure VIP delegates receive all necessary information and support. 7. Follow up with potential VIP delegates to secure their attendance and confirm attendance while ensuring all necessary details are communicated and documented. Details: 1. Hybrid role: 3 days work from the office and 2 days work from home. 2. Location: Times Internet Office, Ecstasy IT Park, Plot 391, Phase III, Udyog Vihar, Sector 20, Gurugram, Haryana 122016. 3. Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. 4. Duration: 6 months. 5. Stipend: 10,000 per month. 6. Requirement: The candidate must have a laptop for this internship.
