About the internship We don't do coffee-fetching internships. We do real work, real learning, and real outcomes. Join Xponentium, a fast-paced startup run by IIT grads and ex-Zomato/Delhivery leaders, and help us scale something bold from the ground up. This internship starts with one core mission: talk to people, and talk well. You'll be doing high-volume calls to potential candidates, coordinating follow-ups, and managing outreach operations with sharp execution. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Making lots of calls to potential candidates screening, explaining, and driving conversations forward 2. Tracking responses over Excel, WhatsApp, and email 3. Owning the outreach funnel with speed, professionalism, and persistence As you prove your ability to execute reliably, you'll get deeper exposure to vendor ops, market research, and process building - all directly with the founding team Requirements: 1. Among the top 5% wherever you've studied or worked 2. Fluent in English with excellent phone and email communication 3. Solid with numbers and follow-ups - Excel basics are a must 4.
