About the internship Are you a dynamic and motivated individual looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources? AY Ventures is seeking a talented HR intern with English proficiency, strong MS Excel and Word skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and excellent written communication abilities. As an HR intern with us, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while supporting our team in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and more. 1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. 2. Support HR team in conducting onboarding sessions for new hires and assisting with orientation. 3. Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new information. 4. Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees. 5. Coordinate employee engagement activities and events to boost morale and teamwork. 6. Assist in resolving employee queries and issues related to HR policies and procedures. 7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including drafting correspondence and reports.
