About the internship As a Finance intern at Rentickle, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fast-growing e-commerce industry. Your role will involve working closely with our finance team to ensure accurate financial records and reporting. Key responsibilities: 1. Utilize your proficiency in MS-Excel and Tally to maintain and update financial data. 2. Document Management: Scan, organize, and maintain financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and contracts. 3. Ensure that all documents are categorized and stored properly for easy retrieval and compliance purposes. 4. GST & TDS Learning: Learn and assist with the practical application of GST and TDS regulations. Gain exposure to how these taxes are calculated, reported, and deducted, and assist in preparing related documents. 5. Early Closure Calculations: Assist in the calculation and analysis of early closures for loans, investments, or financial agreements. Help the team assess the financial impact of early closures, such as interest savings or penalties. 6. Data Entry & Analysis: Input financial data into spreadsheets or financial software, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Assist in basic financial analysis to support the finance team. 7. Support Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing reports for management, including tax calculations, TDS deductions, and other financial data. 8. Collaborative Learning: Participate in finance team meetings, learning opportunities, and training sessions to enhance your understanding of financial operations. 9. Miscellaneous Finance Support: Assist the finance department with various tasks as needed, including administrative duties or special projects.
