About the internship As a Customer Service/Customer Support intern at Dharamshila Belting Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. We are looking for someone with English proficiency (spoken and written), proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Office, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective customer support. 5. Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving our products and services. 6. Assist in creating reports and analyzing data in MS-Excel to track customer satisfaction and trends. 7. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and provide a positive experience for all customers.
