In this course, you will further examine how businesses create value for customers. In Marketing Management I, you learned the major elements of the marketing mix - product policy, channels of distribution, communication, and pricing - and saw how they fit within different analytical frameworks that are useful to managers. In this course, you will complete a more detailed analysis of these elements in order to conduct a thorough strategic analysis of marketing opportunities and to communicate marketing decisions. This will enable you to see “marketing in action” in the business world. Account members can also share and join projects to collaborate on projects that can change the world. Sales & Marketing Alignment
Welcome to Course 4 – Sales & Marketing Alignment. This course focus on what is considered by most academics and practitioners as the biggest challenge that sales professionals have to face. As we discussed in Course 1 – Effective Sales, strategy, and sales must be integrated to support a high potential for value creation through the sales functions. We also mentioned that strategy and sales integration can be supported by marketing functions. The discussions then went through sales strategy supported by intelligence analysis (Course 2), sales models and frameworks to support sales planning (Course 3). By the consequence, at this point of this specialization, you are in a good position to go further in the sales planning and management functions. And this is the moment to tackle one of the biggest challenges that most sales professionals must address with diligence – Sales & Marketing Alignment. The primary learning outcome of this course is to prepare you to apply concepts to support this alignment, with prescriptions and recommendations that contribute to improving the alignment. The improvement in the knowledge, competencies, and skills regarding sales & marketing alignment will contribute to increasing the potential for value creation from a strategic sales planning approach.
Marketing Channel Incentives
This specialization is ideal for individuals who currently work in or are targeting opportunities in consulting and strategy, industrial sales and buying, marketing management, entrepreneurship and business development. In this course, you will be exposed to the challenges of implementing a pricing strategy in your route-to-market and the necessity of becoming a "strategic skeptic." Questions such as, "how to ensure our partners do the right activity at the right price?" "how should my firm protect itself from channel partners who seek to cheat or free ride?" will be answered. Facebook is a social media platform and a great resource for businesses looking to reach a wider audience. The following will be covered: - Create a Facebook page with descriptions, profile picture and a cover photo. - Edit Facebook page’s full info. - Create automated messages and automated responses. - Add Instagram handle and WhatsApp number to Facebook. - Add an admin to your Facebook Page. By the end of this project, you will create a Facebook business page. Note: If you don't have a Facebook account, you will need to create one to be able to complete the content.
How To Make An Instagram Reel Cover Using Canva
With completion of this course, learners will know how to correctly size and design an aesthetic cover with text and images that can be seen and read from the accounts feed overview. Knowing how to create branded reel covers ties in the branding of your business to your Instagram feed and helps to create an overall feeling you are trying to create through your socials.
Create an Empathy Map in Miro
By the end of this project, you will be able to create an empathy map to gain a deeper insight into customers, opportunities to better meet their needs, and uncover any existing holes in user data. To do this, you will gain hands-on experience applying design thinking, empathy, and context from User Experience research to create an empathy map in the Miro online visual collaboration platform for teamwork. Using Animations and Transitions in Libre Impress
Libre Impress offers many advanced options that will really make your presentations shine and stand out above the rest. In this course, you will learn how to use animations and transitions in Libre Impress. First, you will learn how to prepare your presentation for adding animations, and then we will dive into all of the effects the program provides. You will learn how to apply and edit with Entrance Animations onto the screen. Then, you will apply Emphasis Animations to objects already on the screen and Exit Animations to make objects leave the screen. Finally, you will discover the secret behind transitions in between slides within your presentation.
