About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Act as the point of contact for resolving any issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction. 2. User Onboarding & Support: Manage the onboarding process for new users to ensure a smooth experience. Provide support to users to ensure high engagement and retention. 3. Go-To-Market Strategy (GTM): Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop and execute the GTM strategy. Ensure proper positioning and successful market entry for new features and updates. 4. Operations Management: Ensure the day-to-day operations of the mobile application run smoothly. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the technical team to resolve any operational challenges. 5. Growth & User Retention: Develop and implement strategies for user acquisition and retention, working closely with marketing and product teams to optimize the user journey. 6. Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to assess operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and feature rollouts.
