Job Description
About the internship Your day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Providing Technical Support for issues reported by IBM Software customers. 2. Analyzing and troubleshooting client issues through emails. phone calls, chat sessions, and remote meetings when necessary 3. Managing customer expectations and relationships. 4. Setting up test scenarios to replicate problems. 5. Composition of knowledge base articles describing issues that have been reported and their resolution. 6. Escalating defects to Internal Development teams for review and administration of communication and fixes between the customer and development. 7. Providing production down weekend/off shift support (on rotation) to customers in system down scenarios.
