About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Engage with clients: Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients, respond to their inquiries, and provide detailed information about the company's products or services. 2. Analyze client needs: Collaborate with the sales team to conduct thorough needs analysis for each prospect, identify their pain points, and understand their business requirements. 3. Gain product knowledge: Stay updated on the company's product or service offerings, understand their unique selling points, features, and benefits, and effectively communicate this information to clients. 4. Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects to foster trust and credibility throughout the sales process. 5. Manage CRM: Ensure that all client interactions, leads, and opportunities are accurately documented and updated in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
