About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Provide timely and effective assistance to users facing issues with the Cartking app on Shopify 2. Develop a deep understanding of Cartking's features, updates, and functionalities to provide accurate information and guidance to users 3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions 4.
