About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Respond efficiently and effectively to customer inquiries through various communication channels. 2. Leverage your exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns or complaints. 3. Participate in team meetings, contributing valuable insights toward the development of improved customer service strategies. 4. Assist in maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transaction.
