About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Take and manage inbound calls and chat processes to understand customers' requirements. 2. Respond to customer queries via chat and phone calls, providing information about our products. 3. Practice active listening and strive to exceed customer expectations by giving effective solutions to customers' problems. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution. 5. Document customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system. 6. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the process expert or relevant department for further assistance. 7. Proactively identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements that can enhance the customer experience. 8. Assist customers in resolving post-sales issues, such as technical difficulties or order-related concerns.
