About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in the admissions process: Help prepare, process, and document applications, including verifying materials, updating student records, and tracking progress. 2. Provide student counseling: Offer information to prospective students and their families about LISAA's programs, admission requirements, and campus life through calls, emails, and in-person interactions. 3. Manage the database: Maintain and update the admissions database, ensuring that all information is accurate and well-organized. 4. Communicate and follow up: Follow up with leads, conduct outreach activities, and maintain regular communication with prospective students and parents. 5. Support events: Assist in organizing and executing campus tours, open houses, webinars, and other recruitment events. 6. Assist with marketing and outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and distribute promotional materials, assist with social media campaigns, and support online/physical events. 7. Provide administrative support: Offer general administrative assistance to the admissions team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling inquiries.
