We are seeking a high-impact Finance Business Partner to work closely with business leaders and

operational teams to drive performance, enhance decision-making, and support the achievement of strategic

goals. This role goes beyond traditional finance-it demands deep engagement with operations, client

interactions, and a strong business mindset.

Key Qualifications:

- Education:

- MBA (Finance or Strategy) from a reputed Indian institution

- OR Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Experience:

- 10 to 15 years in a finance or business partnering role within the project or manufacturing industry

- Proven experience working in close collaboration with business leaders to influence outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, contributing to key decisions through data-driven insights and

financial analysis

- Engage directly in site visits, client interactions, and on-ground operations to understand real business

challenges

- Translate operational complexities into financial implications to aid in planning and forecasting

- Collaborate across functions to improve business performance and achieve profitability targets

- Take ownership of identifying risks, driving cost efficiencies, and improving financial visibility

- Deliver actionable insights through regular dashboards, reports, and business reviews

- Influence business planning by linking financial metrics to strategic goals
