Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating and executing regional recruitment activities, including events, fairs, and conferences.
Developing and maintaining relationships with high school counselors, administrators, and other education professionals.
Collaborating with the marketing and recruitment teams to develop targeted promotional materials and campaigns.
Providing excellent customer service and support to students, parents, and education professionals.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or education recruitment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet targets within defined timelines.
