Visualize Project Milestones with Gantt Charts in Miro
By the end of this project, you will be able to leverage Gantt charts to plan, schedule, and graphically represent the progression of a project plan over time so that stakeholders and sponsors can quickly understand the status, dependencies, and future requirements.
To do this, you will gain hands-on experience applying, planning and scheduling a project by creating a Gantt chart in the Miro online visual collaboration platform for teamwork.

Tableau is widely recognized as one of the premier data visualization software programs. For many years access to the program was limited to those who purchased licenses. Recently, Tableau launched a public version that grants the ability to create amazing data visualizations for free. Account members can also share and join projects to collaborate on projects that can change the world.
Like many other areas of business, finance departments of all sizes are harnessing the power of data to make better more profitable decisions. With tools like Tableau, finance does not have to be confined to the columns and rows of a spreadsheet. But can now be visualized in dynamic almost life-like ways.
In this project, we will learn how to create an account and how to create visualizations for common financial reports, including accounts receivables, profit and loss, and cash flow.
Competitive Strategy and Organization Design Project
This industry project is designed to allow you to apply the knowledge you have gained throughout the specialization for advising a real company. Our partner company will approach you with two specific questions the company is currently facing and that relate to the content of the specialization. You are asked to choose one of these questions and conduct an in-depth research on the topic. You need to collect relevant information, analyze it and relate it to the content you have learned throughout the Specialization. Based on your findings you will write a final report summarizing your research and consult the company how to deal with the issues they are facing.

It's critically important to the health of our societies to understand what people are protesting against. We want to understand corruption. This course is designed to teach you about what corruption is, what causes corruption, the effects of corruption, and how to control corruption. We'll be talking about this from a global perspective using examples from all over the world. We'll also be talking about corruption from the perspective of countries, governments, businesses, citizens, and the people within these entities. At the end of this course, you'll have a better understanding of why the world is changing according to the path of corruption. If you're in a position to make changes within your respective entity, to make decisions about corruption, you'll be able to make better decisions.
Corporate Strategy
Corporate strategy is the strategy a firm uses to compete across multiple businesses. Many small firms want to grow by entering new businesses. Many large firms already are in multiple businesses, e.g. a photo camera producer selling also sunglasses.
We developed this course to help you make good corporate strategy decisions. Of the many decisions a firm has to make, corporate strategy decisions are among the most consequential. We will look at these key corporate strategy decisions:
