Google Data Studio is easy to use, free and works seamlessly with dozens of applications within and outside of the Google Marketing Suite. You can use Google Studio to connect and integrate data from 100’s of applications including Facebook, Constant Contact, Google Ads, and more. You do not need an advanced background in data, statistics, or graphic arts to create meaningful reports that tell data stories, improve understanding of complex situations, and allow users of all skill levels to analyze data. At the end of this project, you will learn how to create an account, how to navigate the platform, and will create a custom dashboard that will allow you to see the data you need to make business decisions. Together, we will explore the basics of business data and visualization and you will surprise yourself with how easy it is to understand and use data. Market your new business with Canva
By the end of this project, you will know how to use Canva to promote and market your new business. You will have learned how to create a business logo, a business card and a flyer using Canva. We will both use templates, and create designs from scratch. You will be able to incorporate a color scheme, images, and other design elements for aesthetically pleasing. This project will include intermediate to advanced level skills using the free version of Canva. Note: This course works best for learners who are based in the North America region. In this 1-hour long project-based course, you will learn how to create a small business blog using the Blogger.com platform, how to customize their page, how to interact with customers and promote their business, and how to use the Stats tab to analyze their reach. This is two-hour project-based course teaches how to create a smart chatbot for your business using IBM Watson Assistant, and deploy it to live preview link. You will learn how to harness the power of AI to answer customer questions on multiple platforms. In this project, each step is demonstrated and you can follow along by repeating each step of the process. Take additional time after each step to make your conversation as robust as you desire. In this project you will learn: How to create an IBM Cloud account and Watson’s Assistant. How to configure a Watson's Assistant to capture customer goals from their input. How to build meaningful dialogs in Watson's Assistant. How to configure IBMs Watson Assistant to extract objects from customers input. How to deploy a live version of your Watson Assistant to interact with online customers.

Your newly achieved skills will help you reach and grow your target audience when creating a new Facebook ad campaign in the future.

This course introduces students to marketing analytics through a wide range of analytical tools and approaches. We will discuss causal analysis, survey analysis using regression, textual analysis (sentiment analysis), and network analysis. This course aims to provide the foundation required to make better marketing decisions by analyzing multiple types of data related to customer satisfaction.
Create Social Media Dashboards in Tableau
Social Media has fundamentally changed how we think about marketing. Brands of all sizes are using social media to not only grow a following but to learn more about what our target audience(s) are interested in. As social media advertising is growing by leaps and bounds, it’s important to understand which ads are working and which ones need some more attention. Learning how to visualize this data can make it easier to make decisions about what to do next. In this course, learners will learn how to create an account, how to do some basic data cleaning, and how to upload data to Tableau. The ideal learner for this project will be someone who is making decisions about social media. They should be somewhat familiar with social media terms and general practices.
