Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training programs for new hires.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance and implement improvement plans where necessary.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure legal compliance with labor and employment laws.
Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems).).
