About the internship As a Recruitment Consultant intern at Stratify Consultants, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the industry and gain valuable hands-on experience in recruitment practices. Your role will involve assisting in the sourcing, screening, and interviewing of potential candidates for various job openings within the company. Key responsibilities: 1. Conducting initial candidate screenings to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions. 2. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and requirements. 3. Assisting in the development of job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards. 4. Utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms to identify potential candidates. 5. Participating in recruitment events and networking activities to expand the candidate pool. 6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records and tracking progress throughout the recruitment process. 7. Providing administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
