About the internship We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of operational responsibilities, supporting multiple teams including acquisition, sales, and general operations. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to develop a long-term career in operations, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Acquisition Operations: - Create engaging content trailers and screeners across all genres and languages. - Edit content, including logos and specific treatments for trailers or episodes, based on team requirements. - Research and source missing content details (e.g., synopsis, number of episodes, trailers, screeners, metadata). - Use VPNs to access OTT or web platforms for creating screeners. 2. Sales Support: - Design presentations and emailers on a daily basis based on team needs. - Edit and create new posters for presentations and email campaigns. - Research and compile missing information for the catalog, ensuring submission with complete details. - Create and maintain Excel catalogs, update metadata, and provide information like CBFC ratings, synopses, etc. 3. Other General Responsibilities: - Coordinate domestic and international courier bookings and documentation. - Follow up on consignments such as hard drives or documents sent via courier. - Create compilation videos for the digital team as requested. - Edit mute clips of shows for the website. - Search and download trailers or episodes for internal reviews. - Generate English SRT files for trailers and episodes using other AI tools Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 10th Jan'25 and 14th Feb'25 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. have relevant skills and interests Founded in 2013, GoQuest Media is an independent distributor of entertainment content to OTT platforms (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.) and television networks (Star TV, NBC, etc.) globally.
