About the internship This job requires a strong eye for detail and exceptional Excel skills. Since you will be responsible for managing the clients' finances, high work integrity is a must. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Complete and update end-to-end endorsements received from the client. From receipt of data to sending to the Insurer, to follow-ups to get them done in TAT's, to receipt of the endorsement copy and e-cards to uploading on the portal and close looping with the customer. 2. Create a portal for a new customer and upload data every time that is required including the e-cards. Our entire work is technology-driven, once you have done the hygiene of data cleaning manually, the same needs to be uploaded on the internal systems. 3. Facilitate problem-solving and priority closures by acting as a bridge between customers (internal and external) and the sales team. This requires exceptional interpersonal skills in managing various stakeholders. Pleasing personality and customer orientation are a must. 4. Establish deep relationships with the carriers, which will help the execution within TAT's. 5. Update the required sheets important to measure the KRA's. 6. Plan and organize daily activities related to endorsements and portals. 7. Perform other related duties as required.
