About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Call potential clients to introduce the company's products/services. 2. Identify and qualify potential leads for further engagement. 3. Follow up with existing and potential clients to ensure continued engagement. 4. Address client queries, provide information, and resolve any concerns. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules. 6. Update CRM tools or spreadsheets with call notes and status updates. 7. Build and nurture positive relationships with clients to encourage long-term engagement. 8. Share client feedback with the marketing team to improve messaging and campaigns. 9. Coordinate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads for conversion. 10. Track the progress of calls, follow-ups, and client responses. 11. Provide regular updates and reports on client engagement activities.
