About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in managing marketplace seller accounts, ensuring listings are accurate and updated. 2. Monitor marketplace performance metrics, such as order fulfillment rates, inventory levels, and seller compliance. 3. Provide support to sellers and buyers by troubleshooting issues related to transactions, deliveries, and product listings. 4. Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer inquiries and resolve disputes. 5. Work with the logistics team to ensure smooth and timely order processing and delivery. 6. Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing marketplace operations. 7. Analyze sales and operational data to provide insights and recommendations for marketplace performance. 8. Assist with onboarding new sellers, guiding them through platform processes and policies.
