At the core of their innovation is Avi, the world's first Digital-Human AI Recruiter, capable of conducting thousands of interviews simultaneously, assessing candidates in real time, and providing ranked shortlists to recruiters. This enables companies to identify and hire the best talent quickly and efficiently. As an intern, you will work directly with EvueMe's experienced team on Java-based web development projects, contributing to a platform that is shaping the future of hiring. As a Java Web Development Intern, you'll work on exciting, real-world projects to develop and enhance our cutting-edge recruitment platform. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Developing and optimizing backend systems to support large-scale, real-time applications. 2. Designing and implementing RESTful APIs for seamless integration with our AI-driven recruitment engine. 3. Enhancing the platform's scalability and performance to handle concurrent user interactions effectively. 4. Collaborating with front-end developers to ensure a smooth user experience and seamless functionality. 5. Troubleshooting, debugging, and improving existing Java-based applications. 6. Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in web development and software engineering.
