Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures. 5. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute employee engagement activities. 6. Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives. 7. Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding HR-related matters, demonstrating English proficiency in both spoken and written forms.
