Help with employee relations activities such as organizing team-building events and handling employee inquiries. 4. Assist in the maintenance of employee records and documentation. 5. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and policies. 6. Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support the HR team. 7. Collaborate with team members on various HR tasks and projects to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field.
