HR Coordinator

About the internship As an HR coordinator intern at Pawzz, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your role will involve working closely with our HR team to support various HR functions and initiatives. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and preparing new hire orientation materials 2. Maintain employee, donor, and intern records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality 3. Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and employee development programs 4. Support with employee engagement initiatives and activities to foster a positive workplace culture 5. Assist in performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback 6. Help with HR administrative tasks, such as drafting HR policies and procedures, preparing reports, and handling inquiries 7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy To excel in this role, you should possess strong English proficiency (spoken and written), excellent time management skills, advanced Excel knowledge, familiarity with Google Workspace and MS Office, and effective communication abilities.
