About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Design and implement strategies to onboard and support growth partners, focusing on expanding OLL's reach through franchise partnerships 2. Lead, guide, and mentor a team of growth partners to achieve onboarding and revenue objectives 3. Collaborate with growth partners to identify potential schools, ensuring seamless onboarding to the OLL platform 4. Drive sales strategies for business growth, ensuring the team meets and exceeds revenue targets 5. Provide growth partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to succeed in their roles 6. Build and maintain strong relationships with growth partners, schools, and educators, acting as a point of escalation for queries or issues 7. Track and evaluate growth partner performance regularly, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed 8.
