About the internship As an intern in the Founder's Office at Pawzz, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the founders to support the operations of the company. Your role will involve utilizing your skills in on-field operations, market analysis, and marketing to help drive the growth and success of the NGO. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns, programs, and strategies to reach new customers and increase sales. Time management and effective communication will be essential in this fast-paced environment, as you will be working on various digital advertising and marketing projects. Your creative skills in video making will also be utilized to create engaging content for our audience. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct market analysis and research to identify new opportunities for growth. 2. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Pawzz products and services. 3. Oversee the well-being of the dogs under our care, including coordinating feeding, medical appointments, sterilization schedules, and adoption processes. 4. Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. 5. Manage on-site animal handling and implement safety measures like reflective collar programs. 6. Communicate effectively with team members and assist the managing director in daily tasks. We raise awareness about issues related to animals, while simultaneously providing an online platform for animal lovers to volunteer, adopt animals, fund campaigns, and rescue stories, and become a vital part of the movement aiming for the complete eradication of the stigma towards animals in our society.
