About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist clients in selecting outfits based on their preferences and occasion 2. Provide styling advice to enhance the client's overall look 3. Manage customer queries and ensure a positive in-store experience 4. Support daily store activities, including inventory management and organization 5. Assist with opening and closing procedures 6. Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times 7. Prepare outfits for client pickups and returns 8. Inspect and maintain the quality of garments before and after rentals 9. Coordinate timely garment alterations and cleaning schedules 10. Participate in sourcing trips to identify potential fashion items and accessories 11. Build relationships with local vendors and suppliers 12. Assist in designing and maintaining attractive in-store displays 13. Ensure all visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines 14. Update displays based on seasonal collections and promotions 15. Address customer issues effectively, including last-minute outfit requests or returns 16. Handle emergencies, such as garment damage or order mix-ups, with professionalism 17. Support promotional events and in-store campaigns 18. Assist with online and offline sales strategies 19.
