Job Description

About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Act as a techno-functional consultant and maximize adoption of the product. 2. Assist and train customers to implement their processes and resolve their support queries. 3. Increase overall retention by conducting in-depth analysis to create up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. 4. Proactively eliminate risks and share product feedback with the product team. 5. Showcase newly released features, maximize consumption, share roadmaps with customers, and gather their feedback to improve the product. 6. Communicate and deliver ROI for clients throughout the customer lifecycle. 7. Serve as the trusted partner for customers on use cases and product functionality. 8. Onboard, train, and support customers effectively. 9. Educate customers about available resources such as knowledge base articles, tutorials, how-to videos, and webinars. 10. Gather customer feedback and share it internally to improve the product or establish better customer support practices. 11. Analyze customer data and help them discover aspects of the product that are most beneficial to them. 12. Conduct periodic health checks to avoid churn. 13. Manage account escalations and provide swift solutions. 14. Oversee account management and renewals. 15. Keep customers updated on changes to the product, new features, and new products that may be useful to them. 16. Encourage customer advocacy through internal NPS surveys, external reviews, case studies, testimonials, and referrals. 17. Upsell and cross-sell by reviewing customers' progress and needs.
