About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Create Comprehensive Help Documentation Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly help content, FAQs, and how-to guides tailored for users of a no-script test automation solution. Write step-by-step instructions to simplify complex features for users with varying technical expertise. 2. Develop User Guides and Manuals Create in-depth user guides, installation manuals, and onboarding materials for the software. Structure content logically to cover setup, navigation, key features, and troubleshooting. 3. Collaborate with Product and Development Teams Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to understand software features and functionalities. Ensure documentation is aligned with product updates and new feature releases. 4. Maintain Content Accuracy and Relevance Regularly update help content and guides to reflect new features, UI/UX changes, or updates in the no-script automation platform. Review and edit existing documentation to enhance clarity and accuracy. 5. Gather and Address User Feedback Engage with support teams and users to identify gaps in documentation and areas for improvement. Integrate user feedback to make help content more effective and intuitive. 6. Support Training and Marketing Initiatives Assist in creating training materials for workshops or customer onboarding sessions. Contribute to marketing collaterals, including blog posts or case studies, to supplement product knowledge.
