About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Make outbound calls to connect with potential merchants, sharing information about our products or services. 2. Address merchant queries and concerns with a friendly and helpful attitude. 3. Work on generating and qualifying valuable sales leads through effective communication. 4. Keep meticulous records of merchants' interactions, ensuring no detail is missed. 5. Follow up on unresolved merchant issues to ensure a swift resolution. 6. Provide merchants with accurate product details, pricing, and any additional information they may need.
