Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated SSM/ISR to drive sales and expand our product presence in the FMCG market. This role focuses on building retailer relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring product availability in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets by promoting products to retailers and distributors.

Identify and target new business opportunities.

Build strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.

Ensure optimal product visibility and stock levels in retail outlets.

Track and report sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.

Implement and monitor sales promotions and campaigns.

Maintain appropriate stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams.

Plan efficient daily routes for maximum sales coverage.

Provide exceptional support to retailers and resolve issues.

Experience: 1-3 years in field sales, preferably in FMCG.

Education: SSC or higher.

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Independent and effective time management.

Knowledge of FMCG industry and sales reporting tools.
