Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team in the

solar PV industry.

Technical know-how of Solar Modules and Solar equipment’s pricing trends is going on in Market as well

as the competitor`.

As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our sales operations, driving

revenue growth, and expanding market presence.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep

understanding of the solar energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing an overall channel strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

Selecting and recruiting new partners that fit the company's ideal partner profile.

Creating and managing partner programs, including partner tiers, benefits, and requirements.

Setting and tracking channel revenue targets, and developing strategies to achieve them.

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue

targets in the solar PV industry.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to

maximize their potential and performance.

Establish sales objectives, quotas, and KPIs in alignment with organizational goals, and monitor team

progress towards meeting and exceeding targets.

Identify new business opportunities and market segments for expansion, leveraging industry trends,

customer insights, and competitive intelligence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, representing the

company as a trusted advisor and solution provider

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to drive

product innovation, enhance customer value propositions, and optimize sales processes.

Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, providing

strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.

Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to executive leadership,

highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Lead by example through active participation in sales activities, customer meetings, and industry events,

fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.

10 to 15 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the Solar PV industry or

renewable energy sector (Manufacturing).

Compensation & Benefits: Between 30lacs to 40Lacs + Benefits as per Company Policy.
