Join Growth Grid as a Founder’s Office Intern – a hands-on, cross-functional role where you’ll work directly with the founding team across content, outreach, research, automation, growth, and internal operations.

This is not your regular internship. It’s a launchpad for hustlers, creators, researchers, and builders who want to get their hands dirty and learn how startups really scale.

💡 What You’ll Work On

You’ll wear multiple hats, experiment, create, and execute across functions like:

• Content Strategy & Frameworks – Assist in crafting smart content systems for social & sales

• Sales & Outreach – Run outreach campaigns (email + LinkedIn), assist in lead qualification

• Research & Automation – Do first-principles research + work with AI & automation tools

• Smart Docs & SOPs – Create intuitive decks, docs, frameworks & internal playbooks

• Hiring & Team Ops – Help build workflows, screen candidates, and improve team structure

• Design & Collateral – Assist in creatives, branding elements, and client material

• Founder’s Daily Support – Be the right hand in managing tasks, follow-ups, and strategy

🔍 Who We’re Looking For

We’re not chasing degrees — we want smart, curious, and fast learners who get things done.

You’ll thrive if you:

• Are a final-year student in engineering, BBA, B.Com, or any creative/business-tech hybrid stream

• Have a learning mindset and are comfortable with tools like Notion, Canva, ChatGPT, Figma, etc.

• Are digitally fluent, understand the basics of startups, marketing, or automation

• Can write well, present clearly, and think independently

• Are looking for a place to learn more in 3 months than most do in a year

• Have good vibes, flexibility, and a strong sense of ownership

Bonus if:

• You’re a techie with a marketing brain
