Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wealth/Business Development Manager with more than four years of experience in the financial services sector to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Fund Mobilization and Client Relationship Management.

Experience in the asset management industry is a plus.

This role requires a dynamic professional with an existing clientele base, the ability to drive client acquisition, manage high-net-worth client portfolios, and contribute to business growth through strategic networking.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and corporate clients.

Understand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences to provide tailored financial advice.

Regularly communicate with clients to update them on portfolio performance, market trends, and new investment opportunities.

Address client concerns, ensuring satisfaction and trust in financial planning strategies.

Business Development & Networking

Identify and acquire new clients, expanding the firm’s portfolio of high-net-worth and institutional investors.

Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to attract and retain clients.

Attend industry events, seminars, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build professional relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CFA, CFP, or CIS is a plus).

Minimum of four (4) years of experience in the Financial Services sector, particularly in investment/asset management.

Strong knowledge of financial markets, asset management, and investment products.

Proven ability to develop and manage client investment portfolios.

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in financial modeling, portfolio analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
