Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively promote the clinic’s aesthetic and dental services to prospective clients through in-person consultations, phone calls, messages, and digital platforms.
Convert inquiries and walk-ins into consultations and sales.
Follow up with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships and increase retention.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all services and products offered to effectively address client needs.
Work closely with medical and aesthetics team to align on treatment recommendations and schedules.
Manage client expectations, respond to queries, and handle concerns professionally.
Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
Assist with front-desk duties when necessary, ensuring excellent customer service.
Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, dental, aesthetic, or wellness services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent grooming and a professional demeanor suitable for a luxury clinic environment.
Knowledge of dental and/or aesthetic procedures is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed
