Job Description
Sales Support Administration:
Prepare and issue sales quotes, proposals, and order confirmations.
Assist in scheduling and organising client meetings, including setting up demos and consultations.
Develop and maintain sales decks and presentations to enhance client engagement.
Track and update CRM records to ensure accurate customer interactions and deal progress.
Contract Management Renewals:
Manage customer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and timely renewals.
Coordinate subscription renewals, upsells, and contract amendments.
Liaise with legal and finance teams to process agreements and resolve contract-related queries.
Invoicing Financial Processes:
Generate and issue invoices accurately and on time.
Collaborate with finance for outstanding payments.
Assist in managing subscription billing cycles and payment processing for SaaS clients.
Sales Operations Process Optimisation:
Maintain and update sales reports, forecasting data, and pipeline analytics.
Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in the sales administration process.
Support sales enablement initiatives, including training documentation and process improvements.
Your expertise:
Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in CRM software hygiene
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to create compelling decks.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities, ensuring accuracy in contracts, invoices, and documentation.
Experience managing subscription-based customer contracts and renewals.
Knowledge of basic financial processes, including invoicing and forecasting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with SaaS pricing models and subscription billing systems.
