Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SOURCING AND CHANNEL MANAGEMENT:
Develop, support, and execute strategies to reach the widest possible potential talents for Pioneer.
Manage partnerships for both graduate and undergraduate recruitment accounts
Networking, talent/resume searching, headhunting, social media fencing, cold calling, and other similar proactive sourcing initiatives
TALENT COMMUNITY:
Create and mange a data base of potential candidates
Build the pipeline of talents for Pioneer
Support the forecasting of talent needs, create talent pools, and develop talent pipelines
Analyze Talent Acquisition data and initiate process improvement initiatives
APPLICANT PROCESSES:
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to provide throughout input on the talent landscape, and plan recruitment pipeline needs.
Endorse applicants to the Recruiters
Collect and document applicant lists and add to the talent pool
Source, screen and select suitable candidates for job openings
EXCELLENT CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE:
Track and manage the candidate data and conversion rates as candidates move down the pipeline
Ensure good relationships with potential candidates
Hold interviews for initial screening
Deliver positive experience through every candidate interaction.
EMPLOYER BRAND:
Strategize and implement Employer Brand strategies to attract talents
Initiates recruitment activities to build relevance in industry
Conduct market research to understand what makes Pioneer different
Develop materials such as posters, online advertisements, articles etc. to make Pioneer attractive and build the candidate’s interest to apply / work for Pioneer
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Any 4-year bachelor’s degree (Preferably BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resources)
• Minimum of 1 to 5 years' experience in talent sourcing / talent acquisition, data management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Creative and has experience rolling out programs to increase applicant pool (e.g. Employee Referrals, Campus Recruitment)
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Good presentation skills
• Well-versed handling recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.
• Knowledge/experience in using Canva is an advantage
