Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
System Access Management:
Process and track user access requests for HR systems (UKG and ICM)
Maintain user roles and permissions in accordance with internal policies
Reporting & Analytics:
Create, update, and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports
Assist in data validation and ensure accuracy of HR metrics
Inbox & Ticket Management:
Monitor and respond to inquiries in the HR Systems inbox
Identify and document requirements of standard requests
Triage and escalate issues as needed to appropriate team members
System Testing & Support:
Participate in system testing for updates, enhancements, and new features
Document test results and assist in troubleshooting issues
Documentation & Process Improvement:
Maintain and update process documentation and user guides
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline workflows and improve data quality
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Human Resources, People Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong interest in HR systems and data management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate) is an asset
Experience with UKG, ICM, or similar HRIS platforms is an asset
