Multi-Channel Network (MCN) - TikTok Intern

About the job

Responsibilities:

Initiate and maintain strong relationships with TikTok creators enrolled in the Bootcamp program

Serve as the main point of contact for daily communication, creator support, and content updates

Create and manage WhatsApp groups to coordinate, monitor, and support creators throughout the Bootcamp

Regularly remind and follow up with creators to update and report their GMV and performance metrics

Track creator progress and engagement, and escalate issues or challenges to the internal MCN team when needed

Provide basic guidance and motivation to ensure creators stay active and aligned with Bootcamp goals

Assist in compiling weekly performance reports and creator updates for internal tracking

Qualifications:

Final-year university student (with no remaining classes) or a fresh graduate

Available for a 6-month full-time paid internship (Monday–Friday, on-site in BSD, 10:00 - 17:00 WIB)

Holds or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any major

Passionate about the TikTok industry and eager to learn more about the creator ecosystem

Proactive, communicative, and comfortable coordinating with multiple creators

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Able to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team

Familiar with TikTok trends and basic platform features is a plus
