We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Level 1 IT Helpdesk Support to join our team and be the first line of support for the client. You will provide basic technical support, triage issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. If you have a "can do" attitude, solid foundational IT skills, and a drive to improve processes, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking IT assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Log, categorize, and escalate incidents and service requests as required.
Provide basic Level 1 troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and security-related issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 support staff with clear documentation.
Assist with setting up automation workflows and data entry tasks using tools like Canva.
Demonstrate a strong customer service focus and communicate effectively with non-technical users.
Contribute to ongoing knowledge base/documentation and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Technical Requirements
Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365/Azure environments.
Basic understanding of Windows OS troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Familiarity with common networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting (printers, PCs, routers).
Solid understanding of IT security fundamentals: permissions, access controls, and secure data handling (required).
Exposure or interest in process automation using tools like Monday.com, Power Automate, or Workato is a plus.
