Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Active Student to join our team and assist in HSES Department. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for active student to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Under supervision and with guidance, you will be involved in learning and assisting with:
Assist in conducting safety inspections and risk assessments across all facilities.
Collaborate with the HSES team to develop and update safety procedures and guidelines.
Support the planning and execution of safety training sessions for staff.
Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
Contribute to the development and implementation of emergency response plans and drills.
Participate in incident investigations and assist in preparing reports and recommendations.
Analyze data and trends related to safety metrics.
Promote a safety culture by creating awareness campaigns and educational materials.
Maintain safety records, documentation, and databases.
Collaborate with various departments to integrate safety measures into operations.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications and Education:
Active student in D3/D4/S1. (Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Public Health, Management Accounting)
Internship placement is available in McDermott Batam and the minimum duration should be done in 2 Months.
Applicants should not be participating in another internship program.
Applicants should have strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a willingness to follow instructions.
