HR Supervisor (46641) - Talisay Cebu

Salary: 25,000 - 28,000

With Saturday schedule

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology or any related course

• At least 5 years of work experience directly related to the position.

• With Supervisory experience.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.

• Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.

• Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.

• Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

• Progress reporting on documents status/maintaining KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)

• Perform other related duties and activities as required.

• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws

• Good interpersonal skills

• With time management skills.
