About the job
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cost Analysis
Conducts market research for best practices
Conducts audits on financial processes and transactions
Prepares detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc on cost monitoring
Helps management in make important decisions based on costs and benefits
Forecasts and analyzes costs of processes
Suggests cost-reducing or profitable solutions
Administrative Tasks
Assists in Handling office tasks: filing, generating, reports and presentations, setting-up for meetings
Documents minutes of the meeting and generates a report from the summary
Monitors and updates trackers
Responsible for procurement of any office administration needs
Conducts research for potential vendors and suppliers and builds a strong vendor relationship with them
Assists in office space leads or second location matter
Qualifications
Amenable to work from 9AM - 6PM.
Amenable to report onsite to Makati at least 4x a week.
