Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior management team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and handling confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage executives' calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.

Assist in the preparation of presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.

Screen and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties.

Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and organization.

Conduct research and compile data as requested by executives.

Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.

Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
